Job Title: Executive - TBR Technology

Location: Chennai Office

Reports to (Position): Group Manager - TBR Technology

Department/Function: TBR Technology

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for Industrialization Of dies for Development and released Sizes (Tread/ Sidewall/ApexJ. Support BU in rework and scrap reduction. Monitoring Green Profile of Tread / Sidewall/ Apex within specification during regular runs Tooling Management with respect to extrusion.

Major Responsibilities:

Cutting and preparation of dies

Initiate die trials and proving activities

Maintenance of Die and Preformers

extruders

Monitoring of Die life

Inspection of running dies and preformers

Conducting extrusion shrinkage studies

Screw Barrel clearance check

Support process capability studies

Coordinate 5S and IMS activities

Participate in safety incident reporting

Skills:

Basic Knowledge in Extrusion of Rubber

Good Knowledge in CNC milling machine
