• Job Description: Under moderate supervision, manage and resolve basic requests related to legal invoice submissions and processing received through our internal application, Legal Invoice Support Assistant, or LISA, as well as email, phone, web, etc.
• Research and analyze basic, lower-complexity service issues from outside counsel firms, vendors, claims, and internal Legal resources, using sound judgment to determine the most efficient course of action.
• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to claims, law firms, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Exposure to litigation process and legal documentation
• Ability to effectively work using desktop computer systems, especially Microsoft Office with prior experience of working on client’s interface/tool

Qualifications: A law graduate (LL.B.) from a reputed university (minimum) with 1-2 years of experience.
