Event Management Intern

As a Community & Event Growth Management Intern, you will drive on-ground marketing initiatives and support sales growth through community outreach and lead generation. The role requires proactive engagement with residential societies, organizing promotional events, and supporting end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to residential societies and housing committees to propose and coordinate promotional events. Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, sampling drives, and awareness campaigns Generate quality leads from events and convert them into potential customers. Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels Understand customer

and suggest relevant products or subscription plans Assist in logistics planning and on-ground event setup coordination.

Requirements

Street-smart candidates with strong practical understanding and problem-solving ability. Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented. Ability to take ownership of tasks and execute independently. Residing near Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Mundwa, or nearby areas preferred. Comfortable with fieldwork and society visits. Strong multitasking

and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Willingness to support logistics and operational coordination during events.
