We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for our Data Eco-System Team, you will lead a group of technicians, data engineers and analysts. You will work with business stakeholders in other departments and drive operational excellence into our delivery. You will be a self-starter, have worked to mature a data environment which has many conflicting demands on a small team. Someone not afraid to roll their sleeves up, maybe you have been a Deputy and you are looking for the next step up.
The role reports to our Head of Core Business Systems. As our technical expert, mentor, and strategic thinker who plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, architecture design, and collaboration across multiple departments.

Experience: 7-10 years in data engineering, with a track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
