• Job Summary:

Easebuzz is seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team in Pune. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of cutting-edge payment solutions, managing and mentoring a team of skilled engineers, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

• Responsibilities: Technology Stack:

· Possess expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.

· Familiarity with React is a plus.

· Ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.

• Technical Leadership:

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.

· Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our technology stack remains innovative and competitive.

• Team Management:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers.

· Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Project Management:

· Work closely with product managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges.

• Collaboration and Communication:

· Foster open communication within the engineering team and across departments.

· Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and quality assurance, to achieve common goals.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and technical initiatives.

• Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.

· Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, and AWS services.

· Experience with React is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
