Engineering Manager

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team across the full technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new product features and enhancements. Requirements

15+ years of

experience

developing SaaS products in an enterprise software environment Proven track record of building and scaling complex web applications

Experience

architecting and leading the development of a product from the ground up and the engineering around it Gone through multiple release cycles and scaled the application across 1000's of users on a multi-tenanted system. In-depth understanding of full-stack development (front-end, middleware and database - SQL, .NET and JavaScript etc)

Experience

in web systems architecture, design, development, network and server management on cloud infrastructure (Azure) The ability to articulate and speak about technology in a forum Ability to pick up a new domain Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership

Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving

skills

Effective negotiation and vendor management

skills

Experience

with Computer vision libraries, Deep Learning models and the ability to guide product development using these technologies

Experience

in a product company / startup (preferred)
