Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms Oversee order processing, pricing, inventory coordination, and catalog updates Plan and execute promotions, offers, and campaigns on platforms Track and analyze sales performance, reports, and key metrics Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless execution Handle and resolve customer issues related to online orders Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of e-commerce operations
