Key Responsibilities
Finalization of quarterly and annual accounts. Preparation of MIS reports, including recovery status and monthly performance of accounts. Comprehensive knowledge and management of GST, taxation, and TDS reconciliation. Bank-related compliance, including reconciliation and documentation. Verification and approval of purchase bills. Budgetary control: comparison of budgeting data and identification of variances. Fund management: forecasting
requirements
and ensuring effective utilization of funds. Conducting quarterly internal audits and monthly GST reconciliations. Managing all audit-related work and documentation. Handling scrutiny-related documentation and compliance. Liaising with government departments (GST, IT, DGCI, TDS). Inter-company reconciliation. Executing additional
responsibilities
as assigned by management.

Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5–7 years of relevant
experience
in finance and accounts management. Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and compliance frameworks. Proven
experience
in leading and managing teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on

and qualifications).
