Developer - Implementation

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, including kick-off, requirement gathering, configuration, and go live support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during product implementation
• Understand customer business processes and translate them into product configurations or custom solutions
• Perform system configurations, workflow setup, and basic custom development only when required
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development & QA) to deliver customer

• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customers
• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones and manage customer expectations effectively
• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions during onboarding
• Maintain documentation for requirements, configurations, and deployment activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation

• Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, scripting, or similar technologies)
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and configurations
