We conduct live masterclasses, certification programs, and mentorship initiatives to help commerce students and professionals build industry-ready skills. 1. Plan and maintain a structured content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn 2. Create, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and short-form videos (basic editing required) 3. Design social media creatives, thumbnails, and marketing visuals using Canva 4. Manage and schedule content posting across platforms 5. Coordinate and send reminders for webinars, live sessions, and marketing campaigns 6. Write engaging captions and assist in content planning 7. Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages 8. Execute basic email marketing activities (campaign scheduling, formatting, list management) 9. Track and report weekly performance metrics including views, engagement, reach, and follower growth 10. Maintain organized digital assets and content folders

Requirements
