Content & Media Manager

Digital Accounting Club (DAC) is an EdTech platform focused on practical Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and accounting software training for commerce graduates, accountants, and working professionals across India. We are hiring a Content & Media Manager who will work closely with the Founder to convert ideas, teaching sessions, and webinars into high-quality content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is not just a video editing role. This role is for someone who understands content, consistency, and execution, and can take ownership of the content pipeline end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Founder to plan and execute content ideas
• Record and manage video shoots for reels, YouTube, and other content
• Convert webinars, live sessions, and recordings into multiple content assets
• Manage the end-to-end content pipeline (idea → recording → editing → publishing)
• Ensure content is published consistently as per schedule
• Coordinate with editors or freelancers if required
• Maintain content calendars and track output
• Suggest content improvements based on performance and engagement Tools & Platforms Used: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Canva, basic video tools, and content scheduling platforms.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of

experience

in content creation, social media, or media management

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats
• Ability to manage content end-to-end (planning, execution, publishing)
• Basic understanding of video recording and editing workflows
• Strong sense of consistency, timelines, and accountability
• Ability to work closely with a Founder and convert ideas into content
• Comfortable working from Noida (office / hybrid)
• Good communication
