Consultant - Client Servicing (Live Events)

Your Role

• Act as the main point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional service and nurturing strong relationships.

• Dive deep into understanding client needs and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that go above and beyond.

• Address and resolve client issues and concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Planning and execution of live entertainment events, ensuring everything meets client specifications and our high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that services and products are delivered on time and accurately.

• Keep an eye on project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.

• Partner closely with teams in Marketing, Production, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

• Foster open communication and teamwork to align on goals and deliverables.

• Conduct regular project meetings to review status, tackle any issues, and ensure everything is on track with client expectations.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

• Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Use market research to spot new opportunities for business growth and increased client engagement.

• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

• Oversee payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.

Your Checklist

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in client servicing within the live entertainment & alcobev industry.

• A proven history of managing high-profile clients and complex projects successfully.

• Strong understanding of live entertainment operations and industry trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
