Chief Executive Officer - EPC

CEO – Engineering, Procurement & Construction Location: New Delhi Industry: EPC / Infrastructure Company Size: ~₹200 Cr Turnover Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a INR 200 Cr EPC business. The CEO will be responsible for overall business growth, profitability, project execution, operational excellence, and building a strong organisation for the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the overall P&L, business strategy, revenue growth and profitability of the organisation. Lead end-to-end EPC operations including business development, bidding, project execution, procurement, contracts and commercial functions. Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, government authorities, partners and vendors. Drive order book growth through strategic business development, tendering and new market opportunities. Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution with strong focus on quality, safety, timelines and margins. Oversee project financials, working capital, cash flows, contractual risks and claims. Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and strengthen organisational processes and governance. Identify opportunities for geographical expansion, new segments and strategic partnerships. Provide regular business performance updates to the Board/Promoters and drive execution of strategic priorities. Ideal Candidate 18–25+ years of experience, with significant leadership

experience

in the EPC / Infrastructure / Construction sector. Proven track record of managing a ₹200 Cr+ business/P&L and delivering profitable growth. Strong exposure to project execution, tendering, contracts, commercial management and business development. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and develop a sustainable order book. Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and strategic orientation.

Experience

working directly with Promoters/Board/Investors will be preferred.
