The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and furniture for residential and commercial use. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a passion for creating high-quality cabinetry.

Requirements

Cabinet Fabrication and Assembly

• Cabinet Fabrication and Assembly
• Construct, assemble, and finish cabinets, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, laminates, and other materials with precision.
• Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and handles accurately. Blueprint and Technical Drawing Interpretation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all measurements and dimensions align with customer specifications. Quality Assurance
• Inspect completed cabinets and furniture for defects or inconsistencies.
• Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Collaboration and Workflow Management
• Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
• Suggest improvements in processes or designs to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in woodworking or carpentry preferred).
• At least 3 years of

experience

in cabinet making or woodworking.
