The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The role also involves contributing to showroom SOPs, visual merchandising, and exhibition design.

Requirements

• Design and decorate interior spaces based on project

and brand guidelines.

• Develop layout plans, colour schemes, lighting concepts, material selections, custom furniture designs, and installation plans.
• Create detailed mood boards, design presentations, and conceptual visuals for client approvals.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools to produce accurate drawings and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions effectively.
• Manage overall project timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Formulate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for showrooms as required.
• Assist in selecting appropriate colour themes and design elements aligned with brand vision.
• Contribute to visual merchandising strategies for exhibitions, including product presentations and booth layouts.
• Engage with clients during exhibitions to explain product offerings and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct competitor research to stay informed about current industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
