Business Analyst

Position Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst who can provide key product insights that drive data-backed decision making and product improvements. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will work closely with product and game teams to analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and influence product strategy. If you enjoy solving complex problems using data, are curious about how products work, and want to help build products that users love, this role will offer plenty of opportunities to learn and make an impact.

Requirements

The Role :: Partner closely with product leaders and game teams as a data-driven advisor on product and strategic decisions. Analyze user behavior, gameplay data, and monetization metrics to generate actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Design and execute deep-dive analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities across products and features. Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to track key products metrics and performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to support experimentation and feature evaluation. Conduct exploratory data analysis and ad-hoc reporting to answer key business and product questions. Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders. What we’re looking for 2–4 years of

experience

in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar role. Strong SQL skills, with

experience

querying large and complex datasets. Ability to design and execute analytical projects and deliver practical insights and recommendations. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights with business impact.

Experience

working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication

skills

and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working both independently and within team environments. Good to Have

Experience

in gaming, consumer tech, or product analytics. Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.

Experience

with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) or programming languages like Python/R for analysis.
