The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure that all technical documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation: Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including but not limited to user guides, API documentation, system manuals, process flows, and configuration guides. Create and manage templates for various types of technical documents to ensure consistency across all documentation. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders. Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionalities and translate them into clear technical documents. Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business

requirements

from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in business processes. Prepare detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams. Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that the user

experience

is consistent with documented requirements. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and refine

requirements

and discuss technical documentation needs. Provide regular updates on documentation progress to project stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Review and edit documents created by other team members for clarity, accuracy, and completeness. Ensure that all documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices. Test and validate that the documentation aligns with the actual product functionality.

Requirements

• Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.

Experience:

• 4+ years of

experience

as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical documentation writing. 3. Technical Documentation

Skills:

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documents such as user guides, API documentation, system manuals, Protocol Document etc. - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading

skills

with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. 4. Software Proficiency: -

Experience

with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Office, or similar. - Familiarity with tools for API documentation, such as Swagger or Postman. 5. Analytical
