Back-End Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend systems and AI-powered platforms. You will be responsible for architecting highly available microservices, designing APIs, building data processing pipelines, and developing backend systems that support large-scale NLP and AI workloads. This role requires strong expertise in backend development using Python and Node.js, deep

experience

with AWS cloud services, and hands-on knowledge of processing large datasets to build enterprise AI solutions. You will work closely with architects, data scientists, frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & Development Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and Node.js Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and asynchronous event-driven services. Design modular, reusable, and maintainable software following industry best practices. Lead backend architecture discussions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. AI, NLP & Data Processing Design and implement large-scale document and data processing pipelines. Build backend systems supporting AI and NLP workloads. Develop services for processing structured and unstructured datasets. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI services into enterprise applications. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready machine learning models. Optimize AI inference pipelines for performance and cost. Cloud Engineering (AWS) Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications using AWS services including: Amazon EKS AWS Lambda Amazon EC2 Amazon S3 Amazon RDS Amazon ECS IAM CloudWatch EventBridge SQS/SNS API Gateway Secrets Manager CloudFront

Responsibilities
