AVP - Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Study the current cross business processes and identify the opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness and business excellence
• Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and execution of business excellence initiatives across teams
• Work with different internal stakeholders to progress on the business excellence projects / initiatives
• Monitor and periodically report the progress and measure impact of the agreed initiatives / projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the business excellence function efforts with AOP and larger business objectives
• Drive business improvement strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
