About the role:

Associate, Talent Acquisition will own full cycle recruiting for targeted job families in the business. This role would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of talent-sourcing channels. What you’ll do: Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient manner. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitions. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs. Utilize creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Work with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidates Work with the P&C Wellbeing Partner and BU/Function Lead(er)s to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent network. Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results.

in both IT & non-IT sectors Demonstrated ability with and interest in recruiting for a diverse spectrum of positions Excellent track record of building proactive candidate sourcing strategies

Experience

working in an environment that embraces technology, including previous

managing/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruiting tools

Experience

in salary negotiations with candidates Strong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managers Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity of candidates and hires Effective sourcing skills, problem solving,cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication
