Associate - Graphic / Visual Design

Brand & Marketing

• Brand & Marketing
• Design compelling visual content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters and digital campaigns
• Create brochures, catalogues, product data sheets, flyers, banners and other marketing collateral
• Develop illustrations, infographics and visual stories that communicate complex sustainability and technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously evolving Biome's visual identity Sales & Client Deliverables
• Design client presentations, proposals and pitch decks
• Create concept boards, mood boards and branded visual assets for customer engagements
• Develop product renders, mock-ups and presentation material for furniture, interiors and signage applications
• Work closely with the business development team to create compelling sales collateral that improves customer engagement Product & Creative Development
• Design packaging, labels and product branding materials
• Support exhibition booths, event branding and installation graphics
• Collaborate with industrial designers and product teams to create graphics for new product launches
• Create visual assets for videos, animations and motion graphics where required Internal Communications
• Design company reports, investor presentations, recruitment material and internal communication assets
• Maintain a well organised design library including templates, icons, illustrations, photographs and brand assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
• 2 to 5 years of professional design

experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing collateral, presentation design and digital content
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign •

Experience

with Figma and Canva

• with Figma and Canva
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or other motion graphics software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate ideas into polished, high quality visual communication
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational

skills

• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with multiple parallel projects
