4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction

experience

with good knowledge of Bangalore geography Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry. Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients. Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement. Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner. Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L
