Job Description:

SharePoint Online Operational Support

• Provide Technical/Functional operational support for SharePoint Online environments, including:

  • Site collections, document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions

  • External and internal sharing controls aligned to Skanska security policies

• Support project‑based SharePoint sites used for construction, engineering, procurement, and document management on demand basis.

• Manage site lifecycle activities:

  • Provisioning, modification, archival, and decommissioning

• Troubleshoot issues related to:

  • Access, performance, synchronization, search, and content integrity

• Support integrations with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for project collaboration
