AI Research Engineer

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled team member who is passionate about building new-age products using AI first, enhancing the capabilities of existing products and automating critical processes using AI. You’ll work closely with our core team to enhance efficiency and create robust internal platforms.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our core team to:

• Design and scale infrastructure that powers our internal tools and customer-facing products

• Improve and extend existing systems to make them faster, smarter, and more reliable

• Build entirely new edge products that push boundaries

• Use AI to automate workflows, solve real problems, and create powerful internal platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend components and APIs for internal tools.

• Automate internal workflows and processes using AI (e.g., LLMs, OCR, NLP, etc.).

• Integrate third-party APIs and services where needed.

• Build simple but functional web interfaces.

• Collaborate with team members to identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions.

• Maintain documentation and ensure code quality and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, C or similar backend languages.

• Demonstrated experience or portfolio of AI-based automations or tools.

• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and backend architecture.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools

• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas.

• Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS/JS) are a plus.
