Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 1–2 years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

experience

to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. The role involves analyzing financial information, preparing due diligence databooks, performing detailed financial analyses, and assisting engagement teams in delivering high-quality client reports within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

o Support buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements. o Prepare, update, and review FDD databooks and financial schedules. o Perform financial analyses including QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow. o Analyze financial statements, general ledger, and trial balance data. o Prepare trend analyses, customer/vendor concentration, and balance sheet analyses.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Soft
