Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory operations through Zoho Inventory software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and ensuring seamless integration of Zoho Inventory with other systems, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall efficiency in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Inventory Management: Set up and configure Zoho Inventory to meet the company’s requirements. Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain accurate records. Optimize inventory workflows for purchase orders, stock transfers, and adjustments. Integration and Synchronization: Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other ERP systems as needed. Ensure synchronization between sales, accounting, and warehouse systems. Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve integration issues. Process Optimization: Analyze current inventory management practices and recommend improvements. Implement automation for routine tasks, such as reordering and stock alerts. Design and enforce inventory control policies to minimize discrepancies. Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed inventory reports for decision-making. Monitor KPIs such as turnover rates, stock accuracy, and inventory value. Provide insights on trends and forecasts to improve procurement and stockholding. Training and Support: Train team members on Zoho Inventory usage and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of

experience

in inventory management, preferably with Zoho Inventory. Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho Inventory and related Zoho apps. Familiarity with ERP systems and third-party integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication

skills

for collaboration across teams. Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions. Preferred

Qualifications:

Certification in Zoho Inventory or related Zoho products.

Experience

in warehouse operations or supply chain optimization. Knowledge of APIs and custom workflows for Zoho applications.
