Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho projects modules using Rule Automation and Blueprint workflows.
Write and implement Deluge scripts for complex business logic and automation.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Zoho systems.
Provide end-user support and training on new features or workflows.

Requirements

Required Skills:

*Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho projects customization.

Hands-on experience with Rule Automation, Blueprint, and Deluge scripting.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Experience with API integration and third-party application connectivity.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Zoho Creator or Zoho implementation experience.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end customization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
