Planet is looking for a hands-on Workday Analyst to support the configuration, reporting, optimisation, and improvement of Planet’s Workday platform. The role will work closely with People Operations, Payroll, Reward, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday is stable, accurate, scalable, and easy to use.
The successful candidate will have practical Workday configuration experience, strong reporting and data skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear, well-controlled system solutions. Experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Reporting would be beneficial. Workday certification would be preferable.
