Mattel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
with expertise in
to support the design, configuration, enhancement, and administration of our global Workday platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience, ensure data integrity, and support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Workday functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing HR technology through continuous improvement and innovation.
3-7 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM implementations and production support environments.
Proven experience configuring and administering:- Workday Core HCM
Workday Compensation
Workday Security
Experience supporting global HR operations and complex organizational structures.
Experience with Workday business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security frameworks.
