Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations in a non-climate-controlled environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities while leading and developing warehouse associates.

Shift for this position is Monday - Friday 4pm - 12:30am.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates.
Assign work, monitor productivity, and coach employees.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities.
Monitor inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.
Train new employees and support development.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
