VMC Operator – Fresher / Junior Level

• Hiring for Sigma Toolings, G 39/20, MIDC Waluj,
  Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, 431136.

• Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines
  for manufacturing precision components

• Load and unload materials and ensure proper
  machine setup

• Follow machining instructions and drawings
  accurately

• Perform basic inspection using measuring
  instruments

• Maintain production quality and adhere to safety
  standards

• Support senior operators and supervisors in
  daily production activities

• Ensure proper housekeeping and machine
  cleanliness

• CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (depending on candidate profile)

Requirements

·       Diploma in any stream / BSc

·       0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

·       Basic understanding of machining and
manufacturing processes

·       Ability to work in shifts if required

·       Good discipline and willingness to learn

·       Basic knowledge of VMC machine operations

·       Understanding of engineering drawings

·       Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier,
Micrometer)

·       Basic knowledge of machining processes

·       Attention to detail and quality awareness

·       Willingness to learn and work on shop floor
