The company values creativity, collaboration, and excellence in delivering high-quality content to engage customers effectively. ## Job Summary We are looking for a **creative and technically skilled Videographer** to join the DOMS Marketing & Brand team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and the ability to create engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, brand films, events, and internal communication. The candidate should be comfortable working across different formats, from polished campaign films to quick, trend-led Reels and on-ground event content. ## Responsibilities - Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand communication. - Handle end-to-end video production, including pre-production, shooting, lighting, sound, and basic post-production. - Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form content, and campaign videos. - Shoot product demonstrations, product launches, tutorials, influencer collaborations, and brand stories. - Cover DOMS events, exhibitions, activations, trade shows, and on-ground marketing activities. - Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Content teams to understand creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories. - Develop creative shot lists, storyboards, and production plans wherever required. - Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment. - Capture both planned and spontaneous content during shoots and events. - Edit and deliver videos in multiple formats suitable for Instagram, YouTube, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms. - Keep up with social media trends, transitions, editing styles, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging content formats. - Coordinate with external production houses, editors, photographers, influencers, and agencies when required. - Maintain and organize video footage, project files, and the company’s visual content library. - Ensure all final content meets DOMS’ brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines. ## Qualifications - Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred. - Strong knowledge of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software. - Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other motion graphics/editing tools will be an advantage. - Strong understanding of short-form content and social media video formats. - Good sense of storytelling, pacing, music, transitions, and visual aesthetics. - Ability to independently manage a shoot from concept to final output. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing shoot requirements. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, shoots, and activations when required. ## Preferred Skills - A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating videography and editing skills. - Understanding of good brand content that emphasizes storytelling and achieving communication objectives. - Proactive individual who can identify content opportunities and suggest new video ideas. - Comfort in shooting both professional campaign content and fast-paced social media content. - Experience with consumer brands, FMCG, lifestyle, education, stationery, or similar categories will be an advantage. ## Experience - 2–5 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing, and content creation. ## Environment This position is based in **Mumbai** and may involve travel for events, exhibitions, shoots, and activations as required. ## Salary Not specified. ## Growth Opportunities Not specified. ## Benefits Not specified.
