We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Production Services Application Support
to join our ASSET SERVICING team. This role is located in Pune.
- In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Strong experience in Production/Application Support within enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue remediation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) applications in a business-critical environment.
- Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing production support role, balancing business priorities, and operational risk.
- Strong understanding of SLA, regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements within financial services.
- Ability to understand business priorities, assess impact, prioritize critical issues, and respond rapidly in a fast-paced, customer-facing production support environment.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience with Unix/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Knowledge of Informatica ETL development, workflow monitoring, and support.
- Understanding of file transfer technologies, batch processing, scheduling tools, and data integration platforms.
- Experience with Python for automation and operational tooling.
- Knowledge of Snowflake data platform administration and support.
