Vice President Operations

At DigiTid Solutions, we're changing the way businesses operate through innovative BPM strategies. We need a dynamic Vice President of Operations (Business Excellence) to lead the charge in driving efficiency, and process improvement globally. This role is instrumental in shaping our clients' success.- Lead business excellence initiatives for BPM portfolio standardization, including process governance and SOP development.

• Drive simplification, automation and digitization for enhanced scalability and efficiency.
• Act as Global Process Owner, aligning processes with best practices globally.
• Set and improve performance standards, evaluating delivery against benchmarks.
• Partner with operations to recover and stabilize underperforming accounts.
• Embed continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
• Work with tech and analytics teams to integrate AI and automation into core processes.
• Measure and report on operational metrics, ensuring accountability.
• Support strategic initiatives and collaborate with the leadership team.
• Drive cultural change with a focus on operational discipline.
• 15+ yrs exp. in Operations/Business Excellence, BPM, BPO or shared services.
• Track record in driving standardization and automation-led transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt or higher).
• Hands-on with process re-engineering and automation tools.
• Experience managing global processes and governing frameworks.
• Skills in leadership, stakeholder mgmt & changing management, essential.
• Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.
