Good exposure on VMware vsphere / ESXi environment in enterprise level is must
Skill on network configuration and authentication options.
Skill on configuring user profiles with View Persona Management
Knowledge on View Command-Line Tools and Backup Options
Skill on performance tuning of View infrastructure and View desktops
Knowledge on PCoIP and Remote Desktop Protocol remote display protocols
Knowledge and experience on monitoring the View environment by using VCops will be added advantage
Knowledge on AD / GPO / DNS /DHCP is must
Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
Good communication Skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
