Joining our Value Creation team will give you exposure to a wide variety of different, exciting organisations. Our client’s range across the public and private sectors including listed corporates, private equity funds, large corporates, government agencies, and large complex transformation programmes.

Ultimately, you will obtain a deep understanding of financial and commercial matters and become experienced at helping businesses solve complex problems using data.

Primary responsibilities include: - Converting raw data through to recommendations or actionable insights, such as:
Distilling complex analysis into easy to digest recommendations to clients, whether this is using a data visualisation tool or a standard PowerPoint.
Working across the full project lifecycle, from diagnosing the root cause of a commercial problem to the implementation of a long-term solution (such as live-to-source dashboards).
Ability to build data-driven solutions ranging from ad-hoc analysis for short advisory projects (e.g. using Alteryx, Excel or PowerBI) to building longer term solutions (i.e. data engineering pipelines).
In addition to hands on technical analysis, successful applicants would support production of deliverables in other formats, including:

We are looking for individuals that are curious and self-motivated to upskill both technically and commercially. Prior experience of DAX / SQL / Alteryx is desirable but is not a core requirement if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and have a general understanding of data analytics.
