Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with hands-on experience in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, and have a passion for user-centric design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Apply UI design principles to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces.
Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure design deliverables are ready for development handoff and support implementation.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and Figma-based prototyping.
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.).
Basic knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
