Team Overview

Seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Engineer who can combine user-centered design expertise with modern front-end development capabilities. The role is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences and transforming those designs into responsive, high-performance applications. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs.
• Create information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces aligned with product and brand guidelines.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable front-end components.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

UI/UX Design

• Strong experience in:

  • User Research
  • Information Architecture
  • Site Mapping
  • User Journey Mapping
  • Wireframing and Prototyping
  • Interaction Design
  • Visual Design
  • Usability Testing

• Proficiency with any design tools.

Front-End Development

• Strong proficiency in:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 / SCSS
  • TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Knowledge of front-end architecture, state management, and API integrations.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
