Job Description:

• Identify companies which needs IT staffing solutions and connect with the Project Managers and other IT heads for immediate requirements.
• Develop Relationships with the US IT staffing vendors.
• Target market for staffing solutions (IT & Non IT both).
• Gather requirement from IT heads for full time permanent, contract, Contract to hire and share with the recruitment team.
• Understand the requirement from the client and explain it to the recruiters for fast results.
• New Business Development and account management.
• Top Management / Client facing capabilities.
• Proven Track Record in Business development.
• Team handling capabilities.
• Well versed with IT/Technology
• Additional required Skills:
• Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and confident posture.
• Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
