· Leading project design calculations/reports/planning preparation/roadway modeling
· Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations
· Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts
· Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking
· Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an
accredited program
· Passed Professional Engineering (
) exam (preferred)
· 4-8 years relevant work experience in public sector work preferred
· Technical knowledge / computer skills:
o Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
o Adobe or Bluebeam
o AutoCAD Civil 3D
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicating progress and meeting deadlines
· Highly motivated team player, excited to provide meaningful contributions to a team
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
