Translator/Linguist

You will edit and refine AI-assisted translations for fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness, and natural flow. You will localize scripts for dubbing, voiceover, and multimedia content; maintain terminology consistency and glossaries; and collaborate with dubbing and audio teams to ensure translations work well in spoken form. You can claim and complete jobs directly on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine AI-assisted translations for fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Localize scripts for dubbing, voiceover, and multimedia content
• Ensure terminology consistency across projects and maintain glossaries where needed
• Collaborate with dubbing and audio teams to ensure translations perform well in spoken form

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in or more supported languages
• Proven experience in professional translation and/or localization
• Strong understanding of cultural nuance and audience adaptation
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
• Experience translating audiovisual content, such as film, YouTube, e-learning, podcasts, or audiobooks
• Experience working with language service providers, localization teams, or media companies
• Familiarity with subtitle editors, CAT tools, or AI-assisted translation workflows
• Experience using the ElevenLabs platform and/or other AI-powered localization tools
• Background in linguistics, translation studies, or language technology
