Trainig and Placement Coordinator

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and corporate clients.

• Identify and new companies for placements and internships.

• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment sessions.

• Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions.

• Guide students on interview preparation, job applications, and industry expectations.

• Monitor students’ placement eligibility and performance.

• Work closely with faculty and management to align placement strategies with industry demands.

• Track placement records, maintain databases, and generate reports.

• Ensure smooth communication between students, recruiters, and institute management.

• Train students on communication, problem-solving, and technical interview skills.

• Provide-on-one mentorship to help students achieve career goals

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Data Science, AI, and Analytics job roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to analyze placement trends and industry requirements.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with students and industry professionals effectively.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institute or tech sector.
