The trainer will be responsible for teaching Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS, and mentoring learners to apply these

Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person) in Full Stack Development using Java and React JS Design and develop curriculum, training materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards Mentor students through hands-on coding exercises, real-time projects, and career guidance Provide constructive feedback through code reviews, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions Stay updated with the latest Full Stack, Java, and React JS trends, tools, and best practices Support marketing efforts through demo sessions, webinars, and technical Q&A sessions when required Mandatory technical

skills:

Java (JDK 8+) and Spring Boot / Spring Framework (MUST) React JS (MUST) – components, hooks, state management JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3 (MUST) REST API development and integration Database knowledge – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Version control using Git/GitHub Excellent communication and presentation

skills

Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts Prior training or teaching

experience

is preferred

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 2–4 years of hands-on

experience

in Full Stack Development with Java and React JS (MUST) Proven

experience

building Java-based back-end applications and React-based web applications Prior teaching, mentoring, or training

experience

preferred Strong understanding of Full Stack architecture, design patterns, and best practices Good communication and presentation
