As a Tibco Senior Developer - Manager - Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service to our clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services, confirming that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Guiding delivery teams in optimizing processes and tools for improved efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve service delivery
- Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Overseeing service level management to maintain operational excellence
- Facilitating continuous process improvement initiatives to drive service quality
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc.,

• Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.
