TH Implementation Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS)

The Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) will effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of business process, identifying the business requirements, suggesting and defining deliverables and driving towards identified solution implementation.

Responsibilities -

Identify, understand and document business

requirements

(BRD) by understanding the business process and will understand as-is processes and define to-be processes. - Finalize the kickoff, implementation approach and handle the complete lifecycle with little or no guidance and work with technical/product teams wherever needed. - Zoho/cloud based business application implementation

experience

in a large enterprise will be preferred. - Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements -

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field of studies - Minimum 2 years of relevant

experience

in application development. - Business-level proficiency in English and at least one local language. - Working

experience

in any software/cloud based application services provider. - Sound understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration and technical architecture. - Project management

skills

and

experience

in IT system implementations within a fast-pased environment. - Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills. - Ability to recognize and resolve stakeholder conflict.
