Senior Tester (6 to 10 Years)

Role Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Testing Specialist with strong Life Sciences domain knowledge and expertise in functional and automation testing. The role involves validating business-critical applications while ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient delivery across agile programs.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Life Sciences applications.

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using

Tosca or Robot Framework

.

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.

• Participate in test planning, test design, defect management, and test reporting.

• Support validation activities in

GxP-regulated environments

and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Contribute to test automation, process improvement, and quality engineering initiatives.

• Assist in ETL and data validation testing activities.

 

 

Required Skills

 

• 5 to 10 years of software testing experience.

• Strong understanding of

Life Sciences/Pharma business processes

.

• Hands-on experience in test automation using

Tosca or Robot Framework

.

• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

• Understanding of

GxP/GAMP validation principles

.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

• Basic knowledge of

ETL/Data Testing

.

• Exposure to

Veeva Vault

applications.

• Understanding of

Life Sciences forecasting and planning processes

.

• Experience testing

forecasting models, demand planning solutions, data-driven forecasting applications, or predictive analytics platforms

is preferred.

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
