Responsibilities

Drive end to end test planning for provider focused projects by defining strategy scope timelines and quality criteria that align with enterprise delivery goals and stakeholder expectations Coordinate daily test activities in a hybrid work model by organizing tasks tracking progress and resolving impediments to ensure consistent on time delivery in day shifts Design comprehensive test scenarios for web services and application programming interfaces by analyzing business and technical requirements to validate functional integration and nonfunctional aspects Create and maintain detailed manual and automated test cases in qTest by structuring reusable test assets that support regression cycles and continuous improvement of test coverage Execute test cases for application programming interface and web services testing by validating request and response flows data integrity and error handling to ensure robust and scalable integrations Review user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile ceremonies by providing test impact analysis and clarifications that improve requirement quality and reduce defect leakage Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and product teams by sharing clear defect reports root cause insights and retest results that accelerate resolution and improve product quality Monitor test progress and quality metrics using qTest dashboards by tracking execution trends defect patterns and coverage indicators that support data driven decisions Ensure adherence to enterprise quality standards and compliance needs in provider domain solutions by validating critical flows such as eligibility benefits claims and provider data management Document test results and provide concise status updates by summarizing key risks issues and mitigation actions that help stakeholders make timely decisions without requiring travel Support continuous integration pipelines by aligning test suites for application programming interface regression and smoke checks that enable faster deployments with high reliability Mentor junior testers in Agile testing practices qTest usage and application programming interface validation by sharing practical guidance that uplifts team capability and consistency Identify opportunities for test optimization and automation by analyzing redundant scenarios and high risk areas that can deliver better efficiency and quality for the organization and customersRoles Responsibilities
