Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth in the assigned territory. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales plans. The Territory Manager will report to the Trade Sales Manager and work closely with the L7 - IN - LEGRAND team.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the Trade Sales Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical product line.
• Proven track record in trade sales with a focus on primary, secondary, and tertiary sales channels.
• Strong understanding of the electrical industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
