Tele Sales Advisor

Role Overview We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers & insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume sales calls to meet aggressive monthly targets. Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales. Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio. Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health. Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value. Languages Required Hindi-13 Telugu-7 Marathi-11 Tamil-3 Kannada-9 Gujarati-2 Odiya-2 Manipuri-3 Punjabi- 2 PS- 6 day working week.

Skills:
