Job Location / Type

This is a remote, field-based role supporting a high volume of accounts in the Northern Central region as frequent travel throughout the territory is a core responsibility. Candidates must reside within or near of the following cities: Chicago, IL; Des Moines, IA; Milwaukee, WI, or Madison, WI.

While there is no physical office location, additional regional and national travel will be required based on business needs.

Job Salary

Targeted Annual Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Targeted Annual Bonus: 20%

Job Summary

This position provides technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
• Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies
• Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming
• Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process
• Create awareness of the remedē System by educating potential customers, especially sleep physicians, about the disease, therapy, indications, and clinical data
• Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
• Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties
• Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the field of Sleep Medicine, preferably with a minimum of 2 years working in a sleep clinic or sleep laboratory, with extensive experience in scoring sleep studies and interpreting sleep study reports required
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required
• Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification required
• Clinical sleep educator certification required or equivalent required

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Travel Requirements

• 80% Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%

The annual salary for this position is:

$90,000.00 to $100,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
